Absolutely not.

Schools are subsidized by the governments of the provinces/states/ of their countries. This money comes from the taxpayers of those countries, and they would not be willing to pay for the education of foreigners.

Teresa Said:

does the UK government fund the state churches? and all the ministers?

We Answered:

Of course not! The Church of England, and the Church of Scotland, are paid for by their own members. The wages, or stipends, have to come from contributions given by members. None of them are paid for by the Government! And if they want to do any church building or repairs, they have to cough up the money themselves. There may be grants available for certain projects, of course.

Like all religions in Britain, those that are registered as charities do not have to pay income tax but all clergymen have to pay income tax and national insurance, and the Church has to provide them with pensions.
