Is it legal for this to happen on a California University who takes government monies? We Answered:
ACLU won't take that, they were founded by communists. They would instead only try to get that banned, and still disallow christian holidays.Edith Said:
Are public university lectures copyrighted? We Answered:
hm... that is a really tough question...I can't answer completely, but I do know that you would have to give credit to the professor (or whoever said it), just like you would have to cite it in a paper..

If a school receives gov. funding and is considered a Title IV school, why would a school not be able to?We Answered:
Your question doesn't make sense. If the school is accredited and is enrolled to participate and comply with Title IV Federal regulations (federal financial aid regulations), then they can receive authorization to award Federal funds.Otherwise, they can't.
What you may be asking is why can't students receive Federal financial aid if the school indicates that they are in compliance with Title IV regulations? This is because the student must meet certain criteria to receive Federal financial aid no matter what Title IV school they enroll, including: 1) must be matriculating at least half time in a degree granting program 2) Must be a U.S citizen or eligible permanent resident 3) Must have filed the FAFSA 4) Must not be in default on any Federal student loans 5) If male, must have registered with Selective Service.....and so on.
Does this make sense? It could be YOU, the student that is the limitation, not the school.

Columbia University has government funding. Do you think President Bollinger Of Columbia University? We Answered:
All Federal funding should be cut to universities or colleges that won't allow ROTC or military recruiting on campus anyway. That is part of our defense and government. Nobody is going to force someone to join and it should definitely be available for those interested. Also, this is what we have with the 95% hard left Liberal Democrats running our education system. I would bet that all students will be forced to go listen to him, too. I only wish I was an alumni of Columbia University so I could refuse to give them any more donations.Brian Said:
Homework help, Transgenic animals?We Answered:
i think the church and whoever else should but out of science because they know jack **** about it. if man is to progress ethics need to be comprimised. its all for the greater good. for example what wrong with using DEAD foetuses when they can help a disabled person walk. scientific animals are actually kept in good condition too. public funds pay for a lot of **** including the dole so i think they can afford it. introduction into environment must be controlled, dont want it disrupting order in the environment. it is widely believed transgenic animals may pass mutated/foreign genes to other animals. crossbreeding with wild species will cause half mutants (but thats all genetics). patents shud be alowed, its a product.Tonya Said:
