mutual fund freshman needs help?We Answered:
1.If I open a account in Fidelity and only buy funds from them, do i pay to pay sale/purchase fees? any other fees need to pay?
Answer: For most fidelity funds, no fees IF you hold the fund for the minimum holding period. Holding period varies from 30-180 days.
2.
their initial investment requires min $2500 for investment. so if I want to invest certain amount each month, I still have to pay that min to start?
ANSWER: The minimum is less for IRA and ROTH IRA accounts if you agree to let them make regular withdrawals from your checking account. They will negotiate. They are honest. I recommend this strategy.
3.
Is it possible that I could choose funds that managed by other fidelity branches? like in UK?How? like this one
ANSWER: The limitation is that the fund must qualify for purchase under US law. Do not be misled by UK offerings . . . the UK is very different and the multitude of Asian fund differ from each other very modestly.
In addition to Fidelity funds, you can also select from all stocks, exchange traded funds, and even nonFidelity funds for very small trading fees. So there is no lack of diversity available.
You may have a lot more questions. Assuming that you are just getting started, the MOST important thing to do is to START now. The selection of the right fund is not terribly important when you have very little money. so DON'T let selection delay you. Fidelity is a great company, and if you don't like them, you can change. Open a Roth IRA!

How do UK away-from-home students afford university? We Answered:
Hello there, i am from Cyprus and i have studied in UKSince Cyprus is in european union - and any other country in the EU, including UK students who want to study in another city, they can complete a form, and the european union is paying for the university. so that is resolved.
now for the accomodation and the pocket money, i did a loan here in cyprus (student loan was about 23k, and i can start paying it off as soon as i get a job)
UK students have the student loans to help them but eu students dont, we need to make one from our own country.
Hope this is any help to you!

Any ideas on how to market a hypnotherapy business in UK. Qualified and looking to start full/part time.?We Answered:
If you are a hypnotherapist, stand before your prospect, and say "Stare into this swinging orb. You are getting sleepy. You will buy from me. Buy, buy, buy."Most professional practices start out by hanging out a shingle, and initially doing work for family and friends, who spread the word. They also join a lot of civic organizations, and get themselves known that way.
Yes, it's slow. Yes, it's tough slogging at first. Those are good reasons why so many people don't establish their own practice, but go to work for someone else.

Have any of you managed to get funding for your autistic child to attend a private senior school in the UK?We Answered:
You can only approach your LA and try! I hope it works for you.We home educated our three Aspergers children and used local colleges adult education courses to collect a set of GCSEs. The older two then went on to 6th form college which they found hard but achievable. The eldest has just finished a degree which was much easier to cope with. We always found adult settings much easier when trying for educational qualifications. We did the 'social' thing seperately with several large home ed groups around us.
I hope it goes well for you
