Mexico not being one of your richer countries and going through a major political overhaul may not be the best place to look for funding at the moment. They currently have a hard time sponsoring their own artists.

Try your state agency for the arts or the federal government of the US (if that is where you are from). Both issue extensive grants for a varied list of projects.

Try having fund raisers for your church. Or maybe a fund raiser party and people have to pay a fee of like 5.00$ to get in! How about you try to get a hold of your governent again? You have to be persistant and ask god if he can help you!
