Jamie Said:

How can I start my own fund-raising project for an issue in Africa?

We Answered:

Facebook has a "cause" application where users can donate money to your cause.

You would need a legit account with a bank otherwise facebook wont let you do it. makes it easy for people to screw others.

Then you can market it to your friends and family, create a link card and hand it out on the streets to people in "giving areas" ie. not the hood.

There are pleanty of things you can do, you just really need to commit to it.

best of luck

Does anybody know of any charity projects Mozambique Africa?

We Answered:

Hi, in Africa the needs are huge and varied. Please make sure that you link in with a reputable charity company as there are loads of scams.

Mosquito nets are a good idea, your idea is right on the button.

Another idea is to raise funds for anti retro virals for children with aids, books, stationary. Anything to do with education. You are also take old clothes with you as some of the children have very little clothes. Toys, balls (soccer) dolls are also good. Good luck with your project.
