Overall I would agree that the special kids would be ok with a lower budget. Unfortunately they usually lump the "special" ones with the ones that just need to go a little slower. Ya know? So in that situation I think it would hurt the not so special ones. Of course the other issue with that would be the parents that straight up know their kid will wear velcro shoes and a crash helmet all their life but they'll be damned if we don't give their kid the same opportunities even though the "special" programs already treat them different.Stacy Said:

You will need capital and since you are a non-profit you can approach community businesses and ask for support in the way of money, materials, property and the like.You can also do grant research on the web to apply for monies available for your endeavor. And be prepared for hard work and road blocks. There is often very vocal opposition in community organizing.
