I am not sure about UK rules but in in the USA you could form a LLC and become a % owner of the business. When profits come then you would be eligible for your % of the money. Also if there was a problem with the company, IE fraud, then you are protected form liability that the company imposes on the public. The LLC is easy to set up in the states and easy to maintain.Ask for help from your local SBAM and make sure that there is business plan done. If it is not written down the business will not succeed.

I done my work experiance in one. Expect to get lots of OTT actors , you know the ones who think there better than everyone else.Set up a website and try to get support from other production companys. The one I worked at was in the same building as 5 other companys.
Buy lots of folders and keep a database of actors. When looking for actors have a big aurdition. We done that and it made the company look really good as well as finding some good talent.
Don't be afraid to get famous people in - a soap star in your film will make it very popular - they might even work for free. Plus you can then advitise by saying your company has made films with such a person in. The one I worked at was able to hire actors such as Jonnhy Vagas and Ricky Tomlinson.

i thought they always had to notify you of charges. But a few years ago the same happened to me. You could complain about no letter n see if they will repay it. I know that the uk banks have been taken to court about unfair bank charges, and the judge said they were unlawful. The banks have until 31st may to appeal.
